Reviewer Responsibilities
As a reviewer, you will: Evaluate submitted manuscripts based on originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the fields of sociology and management.
Provide detailed, constructive, and timely feedback to authors and the editorial team.
Maintain confidentiality throughout the review process and ensure that there are no conflicts of interest in handling the manuscript.
Help improve the quality of the research by providing insights and suggestions for revisions when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria
We invite applications from researchers, academics and practitioners with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

Applicants should hold a PhD or equivalent in
a relevant field with a record of academic publications.
Experience as a reviewer or editorial board member for other academic journals is preferred , but not mandatory
