To cover the costs of our professional publishing services and maintain long-term sustainability, a mandatory Article Processing Charge (APC) is required upon manuscript acceptance.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

The standard APC, effective from July 1, 2025, is as follows:

Prices do not include applicable taxes. We accept payments in major currencies, and authors can contact our editorial office to request an invoice in their preferred currency.

This fee also funds the continuous development and maintenance of our platform, ensuring your research is permanently and reliably available. Fee Waivers and Discounts

JCSIS is committed to supporting scholars and researchers globally. We offer fee waivers to authors from low- and lower-middle-income countries and provide a dedicated student discount or fee waiver program. For outstanding articles, we proactively apply for fee waivers on behalf of the authors.
